Rodin Museum

It is day five and we are finally getting to the museums.  No more day trips, so we bought a four day museum pass, you can buy them for 2, 4, or 6 days.  They must be used on consecutive days.  A 4 day pass goes for 54 Euros each.  It is easy to purchase the pass at the Rodin Museum, that is where I bought them last time we were here.

Many of the Rodin's statues are set in a beautiful garden behind the actual structure that is the museum.  It is a serene and inviting atmosphere.  I even saw a few people lounging on deck chairs with their eyes closed.  I was comfortable, but not quite that comfortable.

One unexpected pleasure was the inclusion of a couple of Van Gogh's paintings, on the second floor of the museum.  The style is unmistakable.

Below is Gina's favorite sculpture.  She really loved the head of this woman.

Below are a selection of statues from Rodin, and views of the garden.

Isn't The Kiss usually here? Because it wasn't when we were there, and I'm guessing when you were there.
